Yemen's Shi'ite rebels offer truce to Saudi Arabia (WP)

Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of the Yemeni rebels (who are engaged in a conflict with both their own Yemeni Government and now with Saudi Arabia) has proposed a ceasefire with Saudi Arabia and a withrawal of his rebels from Saudi territory "to avoid more bloodshed and to stop aggression on civilians".
