The Pentagon has dropped charges against Mohammed al-Qahtani, a Saudi held at Guantanamo. Al-Qahtani was alleged to have been the "20th hijacker" in 9/11 attacks on the USA The U.S. authorities had claimed al-Qahtani was prevented from taking part in the attacks because he was denied entry to the U.S. by an immigration agent.
