A memorandum of understanding on the establishment of an Arab Rehabilitation Network for the Handicapped was signed by representatives of 12 national foundations and societies from eight countries during the Arab Civil Society Forum for Children, concluded here on Tuesday evening.
The countries included the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Tunisia, Syria, Palestine, Kuwait, Egypt and Libya.
The memorandum aims at enhancing the rights of the handicapped in the Arab world.
