The Minister of Water and Electricity and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Water Desalination General Corporation, Eng. Abdullah Al-Hussayen signed here today contracts for the construction of the third phases of Alwajh and Amloj desalination plants.
He also signed contracts for the construction of the second phases of Rabegh, Allaith, Qonfothah and Farasan.
The total cost of these projects is more than SR 709 million, the Minister told the press following the signing of the contracts.
