The Minister of Health, Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Almanea' announced that the compulsory application of the Cooperative Health Insurance System for medium and small companies, employing 100 workers or more in Saudi Arabia, will begin in January 2006.
In a meeting here today with a number of health insurance companies, he also announced that the system will be applied to Saudis in the beginning of 2007.
