On behalf of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al Miqren, the Mayor of Riyadh Region inaugurated here today the Japanese Industry Exhibition 2005 held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan.
The Mayor also inaugurated the 24th International Car Exhibition for Models 2006.
Upon arrival at the venue, the Prince was received by Chairman of Board of Directors and the Executive Director of Japanese Foreign Trade Commission, Osamo Wata Nabi, Japan's Ambassador to the Kingdom, Yaso Saito and a number of Saudi businessmen and industrialists.
Inaugurating the Japanese exhibition, the Prince commended relations binding the two countries in economic, cultural, sports and educational fields.
