Riyadh, 27 November, 2005

A number of Saudi businessmen are in the final stages of establishing an educational company, with a total capital of SR1 billion, the Arab News reported today.

Part of the company's shares will be put for public underwriting, said Deputy Minister of Education, Saeed Al-Mulees.
