23Oct2005 Saudi Air Force Relief Plane Arrives In Pakistan

Islamabad, 23 October, 2005

As part of the airlift operations to Pakistan for assisting victims of the earthquake, a Saudi Air Force relief cargo plane arrived here today.

The representative of the Saudi Red Crescent Society, Othman bin Abdullah Al-Ghwairi said that the plane carried 11 tons of medicine and other relief supplies, in addition to special meals for breaking fast, which will be delivered to the Saudi Field Hospital in the city of Manshera.
