15Oct2005 Saudi Fifth Relief Plane Leaves For Pakistan

Riyadh, 15 October, 2005

In line with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to carry out airlift operations to Pakistan to assist victims of the earthquake, which recently hit the country, the fifth relief plane left here today for Pakistan.

The plane was carrying more than 72 tons of tents, foodstuffs, blankets and power generators.
