The Almarai Company is likely to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange on Monday, the Al-Eqtisadiah business daily reported yesterday quoting high-level sources.
The Capital Market Authority has not fixed the maximum fluctuation rates for Almarai shares, the sources pointed out. Based in Riyadh, the joint stock company has a capital of SR750 million. The company floated 4.5 million shares from a total of 15 million shares last month for public subscription. The flotation was oversubscribed four times, drawing more than SR9.23 billion within 10 days, according to the Arab News newspaper.
