The number of Umrah performers and the number of visas issued to them for this year 1426H increased by at least 30% compared to the their numbers during the same period in the last two years (1424 H and 1425 H), the Ministry of Hajj said in a report.
The report noted an increase in the number of Umrah performers who didn't return to their countries, especially among some nationalities and said the Ministry took measures to ensure the return of Umrah performers after performance of the ritual.
