The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President George W. Bush of the United States of America on the anniversary of the Independence Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Monarch wished the President continuous good health and happiness and the friendly U.S. people steady progress and prosperity.
King Fahd said that he seized this opportunity to praise relations between the two friendly countries and their peoples and the enhancement of these relations to look at urgent issues at the regional and international arenas in the interest of prosperity of all peoples in the world.
