Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid, the Deputy Director General of the King Faisal Charity Foundation and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Al-Faisal University, signed here today a SR385 million contract with a Malaysian specialist company to implement the first and second phases of the Al-Faisal University project.
The signing ceremony was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of Assir Region and the Foundation's Director General.
Prince Khalid delivered a speech in which he thanked the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continued support of the Foundation and granting permission to establish the Al-Faisal University.
Addressing the attendants, the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khalid Al-Anqari said that this new university will provide additional support for higher education in the Kingdom and will be a good example for private higher education.
