The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, has sent a cable of congratulations to Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on the occasion of the anniversary of his inauguration as ruler of his country.
In his own name and on behalf of people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished Sheikh Hamad continuous health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
Similar cables were sent to Emir of Qatar by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, and Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General.
