13May2005 Finals of Crown Prince Soccer Cup Tournament

Riyadh, 13 May 2005

Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, patronized here tonight the finals of Crown Prince Abdullah Soccer Cup Tournament between Alhilal from Riyadh and Alqadesia from Alkhober. Alhilal won 2 -1 (half time one all).

Upon arrival, Crown Prince Abdullah was greeted by thousands of cheerful spectators coming to attend the match at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

Following the match, Crown Prince Abdullah handed the cup to Alhilal players and the silver medals to Alqadesia players. A number of princes, officials and supporters of the two rival teams attended the event.
