Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, has allocated SR2 billion of the budget surplus to projects of people's housing in various parts of the kingdom. This was announced by Minister of Social Affairs Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz Ala'kkas in a statement to Saudi Press Agency.
The minister said the ministry is currently coordinating with the regional governorates to establish a practical mechanism for these projects and to realize benefit from these projects in full. He noted that the directive was to give priority to the most needy regions.
