05Feb2005 Saudi, U.S. Officials review Economic, Trade and Industrial Cooperation

Riyadh, 5 Feb 2005

Minister of Commerce Dr Hashim Yamani received here today Anthony Wayne, the US Assistant Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, who is currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

They reviewed aspects of economic, trade and industrial cooperation between the Kingdom and the US.

The meeting was attended by Essam Al-Mubarak, the Advisor at the office of Dr Yamani.

In 2003, the volume of trade exchange between the Kingdom and the US amounted to SR 86,165 million.
