As many as 499,617 pilgrims have left here for the Holy city of Madinah and their countries after performing Hajj rituals for the year 1425H. 1,084,459 pilgrims have been in the Kingdom to date.
Dr. Amin bin Yassin Fatani, the Director General of the Branch of Hajj Ministry in Makkah said that 318,632 pilgrims have left Jeddah-based King Abdulaziz International Airport; 19,008 pilgrims via Madinah-based Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport; 7,272 pilgrims via Jeddah Islamic Seaport; and 2,499 pilgrims via Yanbu Commercial Seaport.
