The President of the Jeddah-based Islamic Development Bank Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali has announced that the number of sacrifice meat of this year's Hajj amounted to 505,000 head of sheep and 4,619 head of camels and cows.
As part of the bank's plan to distribute this total among the needy of the holy Haram in Makkah and in several Islamic countries, 35,370 head of sheep and 2,000 heads of camels and cattle have already been distributed among the poor in the sacred places and the holy Haram.
