23Jan2005 Pilgrims receive gifts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques

Jeddah, 23 Jan 2005

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance started here on Sunday distributing gifts provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz to the pilgrims.

Each pilgrim receives upon departure from the Kingdom a copy of the Holy Quran from the King Fahd Complex to Print the Holy Quran.

The pilgrims also receive interpretations of the Holy Quran in different languages.

The committee distributing the printed publications at the Ministry will distribute over one million gift.

In a statement, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance said that more than 30 million Muslims had benefited from the program of distributing printed publications.
