Dr Prince Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed bin Eyaf Al-Muqrin, Mayor of Riyadh and Head of the Local Committee for Municipal Elections in Riyadh Region, said that election centres will be opened in Riyadh on Sunday 21 and Monday 22 November between Maghreb and Esha prayers to receive citizens and answer inquiries.
Al-Muqrin said that registration of voters will commence on Tuesday 23 November, between 4:30 and 9:30pm. There will be a one-month period for registration.
