02Aug2004 Kingdom signs Arab Human Rights Charter

Cairo, 2nd August 2004

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today signed the Arab Charter of Human Rights, which was endorsed by the Arab Summit recently held in Tunisia.

Director of the Human Rights Department at the Arab League Mahmoud Rashed said that the Kingdom is the third Arab country to sign the Charter.
