22Jul2004 Militant surrenders to security authorities

Jeddah, 22nd July 2004

An official source at the Interior Ministry announced that Fayez bin Rasheed bin Mohammad Al-Khashman Al-Dosari, a Saudi citizen, surrendered to security authorities in the city of Taif, under the offer of amnesty issued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz.
