16Jul2004 Kingdom sends relief assistance to Bangladesh flood victims

Riyadh, 16th July 2004

In accordance with royal directives to send urgent relief assistance to Bangladesh, a plane departed King Khalid International Airport for Bangladesh carrying 74 tons of relief aid on Friday.

The relief assistance, which included tents, blankets, food materials and medical supplies, will be distributed to victims of floods that recently hit Bangladesh.
