Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz issued a royal order for formation of the Financial Market Commission Council as follows: Jammaz bin Abdullah Al-Sihaimi, Chairman at a ministerial rank; Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Rumaih, Deputy Chairman; Mohammed bin Mighnim Al-Shamrani, Member; Dr Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsin Al-Khalaf, Member; and Dr Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Abdulqadir, Member.
