The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Eng Ali Bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, today held a meeting with Norway’s Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Einar Steensnases, to discuss issues pertaining to oil production and demand, aspects of technical cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Norway, industrial development in the Kingdom, and the Kingdom’s natural gas policy.
Steensnases hailed the Kingdom’s significant role in guaranteeing the stability of the international oil market, and said that he had held a “fruitful” meeting with Al-Naimi. He also praised the role played by OPEC in stabilizing the oil market.
