11Feb2004 Bisha Airport to undergo SR113 million development

Abha, Saudi Arabia, 11th February 2004

Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, on Tuesday signed with a national company a contract for the development of Bisha airport, worth SR113 million.

Prince Sultan was briefed on the two-year development project and replica of the new airport and its runway.

The function was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Asir region; Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, the Vice-Governor of Asir region, and a number of senior officials.
