Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, today held a meeting with King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan.
During the meeting, they discussed recent events and developments in the region, topped by the situation in Iraq and the Palestinian occupied territories, current Arab, Islamic and international issues of concern, and the means of enhancing cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Mite’b bin Abdul Aziz, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Nawaf bin Abdul Aziz, the Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region, and Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister.
On the Jordanian side, the meeting was attended by Prime Minister Faisal Al-Fayiz and other senior officials.
