Secretary General of the Jeddah-based Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Abdel-Wahid Belkaziz, praised cooperation between the OIC and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Belkaziz said that the moral and material support extended by Saudi Arabia to the OIC has hugely boosted the Organization’s mission in service of Islamic causes. “The OIC cadres are assisted in many ways by Saudi cooperation in various aspects of their work,” he said.
On a recent visit to Amman, Belkaziz held talks with a number of senior Jordanian officials on means of enhancing the role of OIC in serving Arab and Islamic causes.
