13Dec2003 WAMY sends 12,200 books to Senegal

Makkah, 13th December 2003

The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) sent to the Republic of Senegal 12,200 educational and cultural books in Arabic and French, in response to requests made by youth organizations and educational institutions in that country, Dr Abdulwahab Noorwali, Assistant Secretary General of WAMY, announced today.

Dr Noorwali said that dispatch of the books was part of WAMY’s efforts to raise awareness and spread knowledge among Muslim youth.
