The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, on Wednesday departed Yemen following his visit to participate in the 8th Arab Conference of Mineral Resources.
Al-Naimi was seen off by Yemeni Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources, Abdul Malik Al-Lamah, and Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed bin Mirdas Al-Qahtani.
The three-day conference was organized by Yemen’s Ministry of Oil and Minerals, in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrial Development and Mining.
The conference will discuss joint investment opportunities and development of mineral industries.
