Among more than 40 exhibitors was the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a giant pavilion, at China's 10th International Book Show, which was opened in Beijing today.
The opening ceremony was attended by China's Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of Chinese Peoples Representatives, Han Chi and ambassadors accredited to China.
The Saudi exhibitors, including a number of public and private publishers, distributed to their visitors free copies of the Holy Quran in Arabic, Chinese, English and French, as well as memorial pictures of the Two Holy Mosques of Makkah and Madinah.
