09Sep2003 Rome Conference to discuss Saudi investment climate

Riyadh, 9th September 2003

The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) announced that a Conference on the progress of privatisation is to be held in Rome on 14-15 October to discuss the impact of the regional political and security situation on the investment climate in Saudi Arabia.

SAGIA Governor, Prince Abdullah bin Faisal, told Arab News that the Conference, in which senior executives from banking and private sectors are to participate, would be split into six sessions covering the impact of political and security issues on investment in Saudi Arabia.
