08Sep2003 Saudi Aramco receives environmental prize

Dhahran, 8th September 2003

Saudi Aramco won the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Award for the best environmental work (environmental awareness branch) for the year 2001/2002.

The prize is awarded by the GCC General Secretariat, with the aim of promoting environmental awareness.

Aramco won the prize for its constant, determined efforts in the field environmental protection.
