The Wall Street Journal today reported that Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have agreed to continue supplying crude oil to Jordan, as part of an economic aid package agreed
in March, following the collapse of Saddam Hussein’s regime, the Middle East Economic Survey reported on Monday.
Saudi Arabia has agreed to continue to supply Jordan with 50,000 barrels per day of light crude oil, and Kuwait will continue to supply 25,000 b/d of oil, until 20 September, the weekly newsletter said.
