Syria’s President Dr Bashar Al-Asad and his accompanying delegation on Sunday arrived in Jeddah for a state visit to the Kingdom.
At King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Al-Asad was received by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard; Prince Mit’eb bin Abdul Aziz, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Nawaf bin Abdul Aziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Saud, Assistant Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General for Civil Aviation Affairs; Prince Turki bin Nassir bin Abdul Aziz, General President for Meteorology and Environment Protection; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Saud, Assistant Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Saud bin Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, Assistant Minister of The Interior for Security Affairs; Prince Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Advisor at the Crown Prince’s Court; Prince Dr Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Al-Saud, Advisor at the Crown Prince’s Court; Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Jeddah Province; ministers; senior civil officials and military officers; Dr Ahmad Nezamuddine, the Syrian Ambassador to the Kingdom,
and members of personnel of the Syrian Embassy in Riyadh.
Dr Al-Asad was accompanied by Syria’s Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister, Farouq Al-Shara, and Director of Political Affairs of the Republic’s Presidency, Dr Haitham Satayhi.
