15Jul2003 Al-Farsy signs SR80 million contract for new Dammam radio station

Jeddah, 15th July 2003

The Minister of Culture and Information, Dr Fouad bin Abdul-Salam Al-Farsy, on Tuesday signed a SR80 million contract for the establishment of a new radio station in Dammam.

The project, which is scheduled for completion within 30 months, will transmit three types of broadcast on medium wave and FM to cover Dammam city and surrounding areas.
