Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAA) on Sunday commenced operating a new route to Salalah in Oman for the first time.
SAA flights to Salalah will depart twice weekly, on Saturdays and Tuesdays, in addition to the flights that are already scheduled for Muscat on Sundays and Thursdays.
Head of Salalah Municipality, Abdullah bin Aqeel, welcomed the first flight, and said that this step will provide welcome opportunities for increased contact between the two peoples.
SAA Director in Oman, Nawaf bin Nafa, said that the SAA has an arrangement with the Hilton Hotel in Salalah to offer a 45% discount price to SAA passengers.
