The Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Prince Turki Al-Faisal, met the team of Saudi lawyers following the situation of Saudi detainees at Guantanamo Bay.
The three-member team briefed Prince Turki Al-Faisal on the results of their meetings with a number of members of the British House of Commons, legal advisors, lawyers and those concerned with the situation of detainees in Guantanamo Bay.
During the meeting, they discussed means to promote the extradition of the detainees to their countries or their referral to U.S. civil courts to be justly tried in accordance with the guarantees stated in national and international human rights laws.
