15Apr2003 Al-Anqari hails Saudi leadership’s support of private sector

Makkah, 15th April 2003

The Minister of Higher Education, Dr Khaled bin Mohammad Al-Anqari, lauded the attention accorded to the Kingdom’s private sector by the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard.

On the occasion of Careers Day, organized by Umm Al-Qura University for next Saturday, Al-Anqari said that the patronage of Prince Naif bin Abdul Aziz, the Interior Minister and Chairman of the Manpower Council, of the activities of this day, reflects the state’s keenness to support higher education institutions to serve the interests of the country and its citizens.

He said that numerous scientific research studies have contributed to enhancing the local economy, and that the private sector has significantly contributed to promoting job opportunities in the Kingdom.
