Activities of the Arab Gulf Exhibition for Information Technology “SAUDI GITEX 2003” will commence in Riyadh on 27 April.
Riyadh Exhibition Limited Company will organise the five-day Exhibition, in collaboration with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai International Trade Centre.
The Supervisor of Public Relations and Information at Riyadh Exhibition Limited, Mohammed Al-Husseini, said that the convening of the Exhibition in Riyadh shows the Kingdom’s advancement in the field of information technology. The Saudi computer market constitutes over 56% of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market.
He noted that this Exhibition will attract over 600 national and international companies, and pointed out that it will provide a good environment to enhance commercial ties between international and local companies.
