07Apr2003 Kingdom provides aid for World Food Program

Cairo, 7th April 2003

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday provided 970 tons of dates to the World Food Program, which are designated for Egypt, within the framework of the Kingdom’s continual support for the Program.

A representative of the Saudi Embassy in Egypt delivered the consignment of dates to the Program’s bureau in Cairo.

The Kingdom has granted 4,000 tons of dates to be distributed by the Program.
