The London-based Middle East Economic Digest (MEED) is planning to organize, a Conference on potential investment opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in London from 31 March - 1 April, 2003.

Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki, Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), will address the Conference’s inaugural session, and Dr Fawaz Al-Ilmi, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Commerce, will deliver a speech on the second day of the Conference.

A number of economists, bank managers, and businessmen from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Britain and other countries will also address the Conference. Participants will review a number of topics pertaining to potential investment opportunities in the Kingdom. They will discuss opportunities for foreign investment in oil, gas and petrochemicals sectors, future development in water, energy and telecommunications sectors, and other related topics.
