Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Riyadh Region and President of the Higher Commission for the Development of Der’ya Area, on Tuesday will open Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdul-Wahab Mosque in the Governorate of Der'ya.
The Mosque was built at the personal expense of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz.
The Director General for Municipal and Rural Affairs in Riyadh Region, Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijeri, said that the Mosque was built on an area of 12,600 square metres at a total cost of SR14,200,000. “The mosque accommodates approximately 1,500 worshippers,” he added.
