08Mar2003 Charitable works of King Faisal Foundation hailed

Riyadh, 8th March 2003

Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, President of the Saudi Society for the Handicapped, congratulated Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, for receiving the King Faisal international prize for the service of Islam for the year 1423H.

In a press statement issued on Friday evening, Prince Sultan bin Salman highlighted the significant role played by the King Faisal Foundation in the field of charitable works, and said that the founder of the Foundation was a pioneer in the field of humanitarian works.
