05Mar2003 Kenyan students attend WAMY educational and cultural program

Jiddah, 5th March 2003

105 students from 12 Universities in Kenya participated in an open educational and cultural day, which was organized by the East African Bureau of the World Assembly in Nairobi.

In a press statement issued here today, WAMY Assistant Secretary General, Dr Abdul-Wahab Noor Wali, said that the event was held under the title “Youth and Contemporary Challenges”.

The program was focused on the significance of religious tolerance and encouragement of Muslims to participate in public and social life.
