27Feb2003 Crown Prince Abdullah to attend Arab Summit in Sharam Al-Sheikh

Jiddah, 27th February 2003

Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, will leave for Egypt tomorrow to lead the Saudi delegation to the Arab Summit scheduled for Sharam Al-Sheikh on Saturday.

A statement issued by the Royal Court said: “On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, will leave the Kingdom for Egypt tomorrow, Friday 28 February 2003, to lead the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab League’s 15th ordinary summit meeting, which is scheduled to take place in the Egyptian city of Sharam Al-Sheikh on Saturday 1 March 2003.”
