The Ministry of Health today announced that it has not registered any epidemic or contagious diseases among the pilgrims until today.
Head of the Hajj Preparation Committees, Dr Ridha bin Mohammed Khalil, said that these results reflect the level of health care provided to pilgrims via several medical facilities in Makkah and the holy sites. “Mild temperature and preventive medical programs are key factors that have promoted this result,” he added.
