03Feb2003 Generous donation to Palestinians in Gaza

Jiddah, 3rd February 2003

The Islamic Relief Corporation (IRC) received a generous donation of SR100,000 from a philanthropist in Makkah, to provide large quantities of flour to help the Palestinian brethren in Gaza.

The IRC Secretary General, Dr Adnan Basha, said that the IRC bought 5,000 bags of flour with this money, which it distributed in Gaza.
