26Jan2003 Prince Abdulmajeed speaks on Hajj preparations

Makkah, 26th January 2003

Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Makkah Region, who is also Chairman of the Hajj Central Committee, stressed that all authorities concerned with Hajj affairs and pilgrims have completed their preparations to provide the best possible services to pilgrims, in accordance with directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier.

In a statement following his tour of the holy sites here today, Prince Abdulmajeed pointed out that the new projects executed for the service of pilgrims will enhance the comfort of pilgrims and enable them to perform their rituals with ease.

He thanked the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Prince Miteb bin Abdul Aziz, and the Ministers of Hajj, Health, and Communications, and all authorities concerned with Hajj for their commitment to the development of services rendered to pilgrims.
